Brent Phillips - FAA

Mr. Phillips is a Senior Systems Engineer with the FAA’s Air Traffic Organization’s Operations Planning Branch and is the U.S. Panel Member to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Aeronautical Communications Panel (AMCP). Mr. Phillips is also the Project Lead for the Joint FAA/Eurocontrol Future Communications Study. He has served as a member of the NAS Architecture Core Team responsible for the development of the NAS Architecture Version 4.0 and participated in the development of the Air Traffic Services (ATS) NAS Concept of Operations. Mr. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Masters in Engineering Management from George Washington University.
