Martin Hawley - Helios

Martin has over ten years' experience consulting in the air navigation sector. His assignments cover interim management, strategy, cost benefit analysis, training and safety. He has a very good understanding of ATM from both a service provider and regulator perspective. He has worked in airport capacity, airport-CDM, new operational concepts and most recently in the development of 'functional airspace blocks' (UK-Ireland and Franco-Suisse). He also has a wide understanding of operations across Europe, having led studies such as European ATM benchmarking for the European Commission.
