Delegate Fee

Special Multiple Booking Discount

Book 2 or more delegates for the conference at the same time and benefit from 33% discount on each additional place. Additional delegates can attend at £400 per person, provided they are all based at the same business location.

The above prices are exclusive of UK VAT.

The workshop and conference fees are inclusive of all conference materials, lunch and refreshments. All conference fees are exclusive of UK VAT. As the "place of supply" is in the UK, VAT at 17.5% will be added to all registrations, but may be reclaimed by most delegates (i.e. EU based delegates registered for VAT in their home country, and delegates from countries with reciprocal tax reclaim agreements with the UK). We can advise on request and provide the necessary reclaim forms.

Delegate Benefits

All registered delegates to the ATN2006+ conference will get a complimentary three month subscription to Jane's Airport Review.

As with previous conferences, all delegates will receive a printed copy of the presentations and a complimentary CDROM of the proceedings including a complete audio recording of each presentation. Please note that the audio recording is not guaranteed and is subject to an acceptable quality audio recording being made on the day. The CDROM is posted to delegates subsequent to the conference.

Payment must be received before the start of the conference.

Cancellations and substitutions: cancellations made in writing will be accepted at any time up to 30 October 2006 and receive a full refund. We regret that cancellations received after this date cannot be refunded and payment will be due in full. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty. We reserve the right to refuse entry to delegates for which payment has not been received.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the conference fees. As there is no accommodation at the ICO, special discounted rates have been arranged at hotels in the surrounding area. You can book online at www.atnconference.com/hotels
