Chairman's Opening Remarks
Rob Mead was the Trials Manager for PETAL-II from its inception in 1996 until the last technical branch (ATN) was implemented in July 2001. His responsibilities included the overall concept and implementation of the project, operational and technical design authority for multi-stack systems and procedures, and operational management of day to day trial activities.
