Early bird prices apply to delegate bookings received by July 6 and are payable by August 1. The above prices are exclusive of UK VAT.
Due to sponsorship, we are able to keep delegate rates significantly below the typical rate for a commerical conference. The delegate fee for a typical two day conference is more than 50% more than the delegate fee to ATN2001 including the conference tutorial.
The tutorial and conference fees are inclusive of all conference materials, lunch and refreshments. All conference fees are in UK pounds and are exclusive of UK VAT. As the "place of supply" is in the UK, VAT at 17.5% will be added to all registrations, but may be reclaimed by most delegates (i.e. EU based delegates and delegates from countries with reciprocal tax reclaim agreements with the UK). We can advise on request and provide the necessary reclaim forms.
All registered delegates to the ATN2001 conference will get a complimentary three month subscription to Jane's Airport Review.
As with ATN2000, all delegates will receive a printed copy of the presentations and a complimentary CDROM of the proceedings including a complete audio recording of each presentation. Please note that the audio recording is not guaranteed and is subject to an acceptable quality audio recording being made on the day. The CDROM is posted to delegates subsequent to the conference.
Each tutorial participant will also receive a complimentary CDROM containing the presentation materials and a printed workbook
Payment must be received before the start of the conference. Cancellations and substitutions: cancellations made in writing will be accepted at any time up to 27 August 2001 and receive a full refund. We regret that cancellations received after this date cannot be refunded and payment will be due in full. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty. We reserve the right to refuse entry to delegates for which payment has not been received.
