Klauspeter Hauf has been working for DFS since 1997.
He has been involved in several international activities related to aeronautical communication since. He has been Member of the ICAO ATN Panel and is active in the Aeronautical Communication Panel (ACP). He represents DFS in several Subgroups of the EATM Communication Domain. He is further involved in the Eurocontrol LINK2000+ project, which drives for the Implementation of Air/Ground Datalink in Europe.
Before he joined DFS he worked for many years in the telecommunications industries.
Currently, Klauspeter has responsibility for the development of digital communications systems and networks within DFS. This includes systems related to Air / Ground Datalink, the next generation DFS Communication Center, the Flight information Network (VAN) and Voice Data integration
